Martin Dalheimer had a workshop in the Piano-atelier Olivier Fadini in Paris. Olivier is on best condition to find the real Chopin sound. He works with several Pleyel Pianos. Also with a Pianino how Chopin liked so much. After intonation of the Hammer-heads Martin Dalheimer performed well known Opus 9 No 2 with unusual ornamentic like Koczalski did about 100 Jears ago.

Quintessence Saxophone Quintet plays “Fuge in d-moll” by JSBach. Practice for TIM
In September 2010, the Quintessence Saxophone Ensemble won the first prize in the “Torneo Internazionale di Musica” in Verona, Italy. This is an excerpt filmed by our host Luca Formentini on the day of the finals whilst we were practising next to the swimming pool on his wonderful residence in Borgo San Donino. Thanks again, Luca.
